Detailed Itinerary Day Wise

Day 1 : Jammu To Dharamshala

After arriving at the Jammu railway station, you will be driven to Dharamshala which is home to the famous Dalai Lama. On arriving, check in to the hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure or in the local market followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 : Dharamshala

Early in the morning, get prepared to embark on a city tour of Dharamshala by visiting Dalai Lama temple Complex, Bhagsunag Fall, Church of St. John, War Memorial, Kangra Art Museum and Norburlinka Institute. Later, come back to the hotel for a delectable dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 3 : Dharamshala To Palampur

Post indulging in a delicious breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for Palampur which boasts of being the 'Tea Capital of North-West India'. Head for a guided sightseeing tour in Palampur which is famous for its temples and many other things. Visit the Tea Gardens, Tashi Jong Monastery which has been a home to many Tibetan refugees, Baijnath Temple - One of the most fine-looking temples in the Kangra Valley and the Shiva Temple. Later, come back to the hotel for a delectable dinner followed by an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Palampur Local Sightseeing

After taking pleasure in the delicious breakfast, visit local sightseeing places in Palampur like the Saurabh Van Vihar which is a beautiful park apt for relaxing and bounded by picturesque scenes. The park has many attractions like water bodies, Picnic Sheds, Children Park, Open Air theatre and many more. Also visit temples like Jakhani Mata, Shiva Temple and Bundlamata Temple. Return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5 : Palampur To Jammu And Departure From Jammu

After having breakfast, check out from the hotel as you will be dropped at the Jammu railway station or Airport to return to your home destination taking back sweet memories of the trip with you.
