Detailed Itinerary Day Wise

Day 1 : Shimla Drive From Chandigarh To Shimla

After having a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel, begin your drive towards Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Take pleasure in its circuitous roads, grand snow capped peaks and dense forest cover. On reaching Shimla, check-in to your selected hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure. There are numerous spots to visit like Jakhoo Temple, Kali Bari Temple and Himachal Museum and Library. The Mall road also makes for a great escape for shoppers and food junkies. Later on, return back to the hotel for a warm overnight stay.

Day 2 : Sightseeing In Shimla

Day 2 will take you to a guided sightseeing tour of Shimla besides heading for a day-long excursion to Kufri, a small but charming hill station. One more utterly exciting thing to do is take a mule ride to the Mahasu Peak or even trek it. Mahasu is blessed with splendid views of the Himalayasfrom where you can see beautiful places like Badrinath and Kedarnath. Afterwards, return to the hotel and wind down for a while. Stroll at the Mall Road in the evening which is always bustling with activity. Lose yourself in its old world charm with colonial structures. After that, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 : Manali Time

On day 3 after breakfast, check-out of the hotel and progress towards Manali which is known for its appealing landscape and gushing river Beas that runs through it. On arriving at Manali, check-in to your hotel and take rest for a while. Later in the evening, you can spend time in discovering the nearby spots. After that, return to your hotel and retire for the night.

Day 4 : Trip To Rohtang Pass

In the morning after having the breakfast, gear up for a rendezvous with the beautiful spots of Rohtang Pass. Take pleasure in the marvelous views of the hills, glaciers, forests and rivers. After having enjoyed the dazzling views of Rohtang Pass, return back to your hotel and rest for some time. Day 5 : Sightseeing In Manali

Post breakfast in the morning; depart for a day-long sightseeing tour of Manali. Spotted with sky touching Deodar trees, fruit orchards and gardens, Manali offers a variety of adventurous activities like trekking, skiing, and mountaineering For people with a spiritual soul, it may well be a fine idea to visit a number of famous temples in the vicinity like the Hadimba Temple, Old Manali and Manu Temple and Vashisht Temple. Old Manali will give you glimpses of old style Pahari houses with wooden balconies. On exploring the neighboring attractions of Manali, enjoy your evening at leisure followed by the dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 : Drive From Manali To Dalhousie

Post the morning meal; go on board with a road journey towards Dalhousie. An old-fashioned and charming hill station, Dalhousie is nestled across five hills namely, Potreys, Tehra, Kathlog, Bakrota, and Balun. The town is rich in old British history and has many bungalows and churches with colonial structures. On reaching Dalhousie, complete the check-in formalities at the hotel and rest for a while. Later in the day, visit some nearby attractions and markets. Then, come back to the hotel and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 7 : Sightseeing In Dalhousie

To discover the best of Dalhousie, prepare to go on a full-day sightseeing tour in the morning. Panchpula, the very first halt is home to many water springs, the most well known being Satdhara, known for its medicinal properties. Visit the Subhash Baoli, a gorgeous spot, the place offers majestic views and has proper seating arrangements. Later on, pay homage to the Bhulwani Mata Temple at Bara Pathar. Eventually, stop by witnessing the stunning views of Bakrota Hills. After this, return to the hotel and retire for the night.

Day 8 : Drive From Dalhousie To Dharamshala

After the morning meal, get on a road journey to Dharamshala. Day 10 : Drive From Dharamshala To Chandigarh
